Graphic Designer
About this Role
As our Graphic Designer, you will bring craft and care to a high volume of design work across digital and print channels. Day to day, you will produce social and digital assets, print collateral, and marketing materials, working from templates, adapting frameworks for specific campaigns, and executing within established brand systems. To be successful, you will need a high bar for detail, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a genuine satisfaction in production work done with excellence. The best fit for this role understands why a piece needs to exist, not just how to make it.
In all your work, you will bring your skills and experience to help further our mission of helping people experience the Bible as a unified story that leads to Jesus.
What You'll Be Doing
Core Responsibilities:
Leadership
- Bring creative ownership to every task — understanding project goals, not just executing briefs.
- Communicate proactively with Producers about workload, timelines, and shifting priorities.
- Uphold visual consistency and quality standards across all project types and formats.
Responsibility
- Produce social and digital assets, print collateral, and marketing materials working within established templates and brand guidelines.
- Adapt existing design templates and frameworks to meet the needs of specific campaigns or deliverables.
- Receive and apply feedback efficiently, iterating quickly without sacrificing craft.
Expertise
- Maintain a high bar for detail — alignment, hierarchy, color consistency — across a wide range of formats.
- Work fluidly between digital and print formats, handling multiple projects simultaneously without losing momentum.
- Apply a working knowledge of established brand systems to produce work that is both on-brand and fit for purpose.
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of graphic design experience, ideally in a production or agency environment.
- A portfolio demonstrating experience working within established brand systems and design templates.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail — alignment, hierarchy, and color consistency — without needing to be prompted.
- Clear communicator; able to take direction well, ask good questions, and keep collaborators informed.
